General Returns Policy

What can and cannot be returned

✅ Eligible for return

Unused products in original, sealed packaging returned within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Not eligible for return

Opened products, products without original packaging, items returned after 7 days.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email admin@maziya.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

I received the wrong product — what do I do?

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll collect the wrong item and send the correct one at no extra charge.

Liquor Returns

Special rules apply to alcohol products

Can I return alcohol?

Unopened, sealed alcohol products may be returned within 7 days. Due to health and safety regulations, opened alcohol products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they arrived damaged or defective.

What if the alcohol product is defective?

Contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the defect. We'll assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How Refunds Work

Refund timeline and process

    Submit your return request

    Email admin@maziya.co.za with your order number, reason for return and photos if applicable.

    We review your request

    We'll respond within 1–2 working days to approve or query your return request.

    Return the item

    Once approved, return the item in its original packaging. We'll provide instructions for dropping it off or arranging a collection.

  • 4
    Receive your refund

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
