Maziya Business Enterprises is a South African business operating an online detergent manufacturing store and liquor retail store at maziya.co.za, based in Kempton Park, Gauteng.
🛒 2. Placing Orders
- By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued
- Product images are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly in appearance
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
🔞 3. Alcohol & Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By placing an order for any liquor product, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Maziya Business Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any liquor order where age cannot be verified.
- We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18
- Alcohol products may only be delivered to persons 18 years or older
- Proof of age may be requested upon delivery
- It is illegal to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18
🚚 4. Delivery
- We deliver to Kempton Park and surrounding Gauteng areas
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Free delivery applies to orders over R500 within our standard delivery area

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Opened alcohol products cannot be returned unless defective
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
